Throughout the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 medical apps on iOS in South Africa showed varying trends in downloads and active users. These insights are derived from Sensor Tower data, offering a snapshot of their performance during this period.

Ampath experienced notable growth in downloads, starting the quarter with around 712 and peaking at approximately 2.4K in early December. The app maintained strong download numbers through the end of the year, closing December with around 1.3K downloads.
